Outrage W League Side Adds Talent to Roster

The Kalamazoo Outrage W league team announced today the signing of 7 players to the 2009 squad. These seven players include USL veterans, local West Michigan talent and young up and coming players. The seven signed are:
Sarah Burns – The former Central Michigan University standout was a 2 time All-Mid American Conference selection for the Chips. Burns, a defensive specialist, played the 2008 season with the Michigan Hawks W-League organization.
Erin Carlson – A Big Ten goalkeeper at Michigan State University (2001-2005) and former Portage Central star, Erin returns to the Outrage after a stellar 2008 season with the team. Carlson serves as a coach for the Outrage parent organization TKO Premier Soccer Club and is the goalkeeping coach at Kalamazoo College.
Jen Kohn (Gaylor) – A veteran of the W-League, Jen returns to the Outrage for the 2009 season. A former Ferris State player, she has spent time with the Detroit Jaguars and the Minnesota Lightning before joining the Outrage for the 2008 season.
Chelsea Peterson – A well-known high school talent from East Grand Rapids, Peterson joins the 2009 Outrage team before taking her talents to Michigan State University in the fall. She has had a decorated club and high school careers including being a 3 time regional ODP selection and attending the prestigious Adidas ESP program.
Nicole Dulyea – The Western Michigan University talent returns to the Outrage for the 2009 campaign. Dulyea won a National Championship in 2007 with the Bloomfield Force and was a Michigan High School Dream Team selection.
Sarah Onderlinde (Weesies) – Sarah joins the Outrage in 2009 after a brief break from competitive soccer. The former Kalamazoo Christian standout was an All-MIAA selection at Calvin College and also serves as a coach and conditioning trainer for the Outrage parent organization TKO Premier Soccer Club.
Sloane Levin – A Michigan native, Levin will join the Outrage after attending the prestigious Shattuck St. Mary’s school in Minnesota. She will attend Virginia Tech in the fall after a decorated prep career.
Watch for information on other player signings in the coming days. All Outrage home games are scheduled to be played at Kalamazoo Loy Norrix High School soccer stadium with tickets available at the gate.
